Scheduling Impacts from COVID-19

As a team, we continue to work through the ever-changing news in regards to COVID-19. We want to remind all staff to reach out to your QP/Supervisor if you are available to work additional hours due to cancelled/missed shifts from no fault of your own. We are doing everything we can to match service recipients with caregivers to ensure we are meeting the service recipient needs and providing supports during these times.
Providing for our staff and families is top priority during these times. We will continue to look for and communicate ways to ensure that you remain working safely with minimal interruptions. With all the uncertainty surrounding this unprecedented event one thing is for sure, we will never stop looking for a better way to help our staff and their families through this crisis.
